Who is responsible for your information
Elmbridge Media is the data controller for information collected through this website. We operate from Elmbridge, Surrey, United Kingdom. For any privacy question or request, email hello@elmbridgemedia.co.uk.
What we collect
- Visibility Studio: your name, email address, your marketing choice and, when you finish the Studio, a short summary of your result. Your detailed answers and generated plan stay in your browser unless you choose to save or print them.
- Enquiries and bookings: the details you send us so we can answer you, prepare a proposal or provide a service.
- Website information: limited technical, security, cookie and analytics information, depending on the choices you make in our cookie banner.
How and why we use it
We use your details to provide the Studio or service you requested, respond to enquiries, keep the website secure and improve the experience. These uses rely on taking steps at your request, providing a contract, or our legitimate interests in running Elmbridge Media.
Marketing is optional. The Visibility Studio marketing box is unticked by default. We only mark you as a marketing subscriber when you actively tick it. If you do not, we keep your contact as a non-marketing lead so we can provide and respond about the Studio you requested. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by using an unsubscribe link or emailing us.
Who we share information with
We use trusted providers for website hosting, email, customer relationship management, forms, security and analytics. They may process information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
If a provider processes information outside the United Kingdom, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards where required. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, to maintain relevant business records, or to meet legal obligations.
