The Visibility
Studio

Most businesses are not invisible because they post too little. They are invisible because they have four photographs, taken on one afternoon, in one outfit — none of which fit the shapes their website and profiles actually need.

Twelve questions. Three minutes. A complete plan for fixing it.

A LinkedIn banner is 1584×396. You cannot crop a portrait into that shape, which is why almost everybody’s is a stretched blur. The plan lists every shape you need, and how many.

Honest about who it suits

Worth your three minutes if

  • You are the face of your business, or should be.
  • Your photographs are older than your current pricing.
  • You have been meaning to sort this out for over a year.
  • You have had a shoot and barely used the images.
  • You want to charge more and suspect you do not look like it yet.

Probably not, if

  • You had a proper brand shoot in the last twelve months.
  • Your business does not need you visible in it at all.
  • You want a quick headshot and nothing else — just email me.
  • You are looking for a template. This gives you a plan, not a checklist.

I built this because I kept having the same conversation. Someone brilliant would tell me they knew they needed better photographs, and then describe a shoot they had already paid for and never used — because nobody had worked out, in advance, what the images were actually for.

So this is the thinking I do before every shoot, made public. It will tell you what you need, how much of it, and what to do with it afterwards. It will also, quite often, tell you that you do not need me yet.
